A curated circle of chefs
Each chef in our network has been tasted, observed and chosen. We work only with professionals whose silence and consistency match the families we serve.

Saint-Tropez · French Riviera
Cuisine of the South, written for one table. From the morning markets to the marble of your villa, every plate is composed for the moment.
The Kitchen
A private chef in Saint-Tropez is not a caterer who delivers and leaves. It is a quiet professional who arrives with their own brigade, settles into your kitchen, sources from the markets of the Presqu'île, and composes each meal around the rhythm of your day.
Illusion Lifestyle Management works with a discreet circle of chefs trained in Michelin houses, in Mediterranean kitchens and on private yachts. Each menu is written for the table in front of them, not from a fixed card. The morning catch, the season's vegetables, the wine cellar of the villa, the guests at the table, the hour of the day, all enter the composition.
From a long lunch under the olive trees to a tasting dinner for eight, from breakfast on the terrace to late-night plates after a night out, the kitchen quietly does its work. By the time the meal is served, the sourcing, the cooking, the staffing and the clean-up are already arranged. You arrive. You sit. You taste.
The chef is one part of a wider coordination. Wine pairings, service staff, table dressing, florals, and the meals between meals are handled in silence by your Lifestyle Manager. This is the meaning of a private chef on the French Riviera, and it is one of the most requested services within the Illusion experience.
The Repertoire
From the lightest lunch to the longest evening, our chefs cover every form of in-villa dining on the Riviera.
The Difference
Each chef in our network has been tasted, observed and chosen. We work only with professionals whose silence and consistency match the families we serve.
No standard cards. Each menu is composed around the guests, the season, the catch of the morning and the rhythm of the day.
Chef, sous-chef, service staff and clean-up arrive and leave without ceremony. The villa returns to its quiet by midnight.
Our chefs source from the local markets, the small producers of the Var, and the fishermen of the gulf. Provenance is part of the cuisine.
Wine pairings curated with your Lifestyle Manager, drawn from your cellar or sourced for the occasion through our network.
Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, kosher, halal, allergies and exclusions are noted in advance and built into the menu.
For charters and day cruises, our chefs board with their own provisioning, equipment and rhythm of service.
A breakfast added in the morning, a dinner that grows from six to twelve, a plate after midnight. Flexibility is the discipline.
The Process
01
A confidential conversation about your guests, the rhythm of the day, allergies, preferences and the mood you imagine.
02
Your Lifestyle Manager selects a chef aligned with your taste and proposes a menu. You refine until it feels right.
03
Sourcing, staffing, equipment, table dressing and wine are placed and confirmed ahead of service.
04
The chef cooks, the staff serves, the kitchen is restored. The only trace by morning is the memory of the meal.
The Composition
Please note
Included in the Lifestyle Manager fee: chef sourcing, menu coordination, briefing and service follow-up. Chef fees, brigade costs, food and beverage provisioning, service staff, transportation, equipment rentals and gratuities are not included.

The Territory
Our chefs are rooted in the cuisine of the South. The markets of Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime, the fishermen of the gulf, the producers of the Var hinterland, the olive growers of the Maures, the vineyards of Ramatuelle and the Côtes de Provence are part of the daily composition.
Beyond the Presqu'île, our chefs work across Cannes, Antibes, Cap-Ferrat, Monaco and the Italian border. On charter, they sail with the boat: from a day at anchor in Pampelonne to a week across the Mediterranean.
The cuisine is Mediterranean by nature and refined by training. Crudo, grilled vegetables, herb-roasted fish, slow-cooked lamb, fresh pasta, late summer fruit and house-made sorbets. The Riviera as it has always tasted, prepared with the discipline of fine dining.
Whether the moment is a long lunch under the pines, a tasting dinner for ten, or a quiet breakfast after a late night, the chef is one quiet voice within the wider stay, coordinated through your Lifestyle Manager.
